Back to School Registration Fremont County School District #1 For ALL RETURNING and NEW K-5 Students August 10, 2011 Lander Valley High School Commons Area 8:00 a.m.—7:00 p.m. Everyone has paperwork to update at back to school time. Take advantage of this event to get it completed before the first day of school! This is the perfect time for the parents of RETURNING STUDENTS to take care of all telephone and address changes, to sign your child’s field trip form and update your child’s health history. Incoming kindergarten families should attend if your address, phone number, choices of emergency contacts or child’s health information has changed.
New Students: We need a copy of your certified birth certificate and immunization record at time of enrollment.
Apply for free and reduced meals with FCSD#1 Director of Food Service. New applications are required each school year.

KINDERGARTEN SUPPLY LIST 1 watercolor set 8 2 boxes of 8 regular crayons (not large) box colored pencils sharpened 2 pink erasers 1 package sharpened #2 pencils 4 large glue sticks (purple) 2 large boxes of tissues 1 package of water color markers (large) A pair of tennis shoes to leave at school for PE GIRLS: if you are wearing a skirt or dress, please wear shorts under your dress or bring a pair in your backpack. If your last name begins with” A-J” bring 1 box of sandwich size Ziploc bags If your last name begins with “K-P “bring 1box of gallon size Ziploc bags If your last name begins with “Q-Z” bring 1 package of paper plates Backpack. We strongly encourage having one so your child’s papers and important notes will get home (mini-size is too small) YOU……..ready to learn

24 pack Crayons 1 box of Kleenex 6 glue sticks 2 large pink erasers Baggies – If your last name starts with: A-J : bring 1 box of gallon sized zip-lock baggies K–Z : bring 1 box of quart sized zip-lock baggies A pair of tennis shoes to leave at school for PE GIRLS: if you are wearing a skirt or dress, please wear shorts under your dress or bring a pair in your backpack. Healthy snack – Good items are larger type cereal, crackers, pretzels, fruit snacks, granola bars, etc. Please do not send cookies, candy, snack cakes. A reminder will be sent home when snacks are running low. *Note: All classroom supplies will be shared. Please do not label your child’s supplies. |
